Alan Flattmann Pastel Recognized
with Honor in International Exhibit



"Nightlife at the Voodoo Shop" by Alan Flattmann was awarded the 2nd Place Prize in the 13th International Open Exhibition 2008 of the Southeastern Pastel Society.  The exhibit is being held at Oglethorpe University Art Museum in Atlanta.  It will run through August 10.

Mitchell Painting Wins Thomas Moran Award from Salmagundi Club in NY



Dean Mitchell's painting, "Quincy Tobacco Barn," was recognized with the Thomas Moran Award from the 2008 Salmagundi Club Annual Non-Members Exhibition.  Mitchell's award-winning painting entitled Quincy Barn is located off of highway 90 West between Quincy and Greensboro.

Painting by Steve Graber Featured
at the Witchita Art Museum

The haunting and evocative beauty of Steve Graber's art is one of the featured works at the Witchita Art Museum in the exhibit "Art of Emrpise."  The exhibit features prized works from the collection of Emprise Bank.  The painting titled "Becket Point" depicts a dense cloud bank over an open sea illuminated only by the moon.
